Our production workshop is equipped with modern facilities and complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. The entire process strictly follows the ISO quality system to ensure that peptide products can maintain high quality and traceability at every stage.
Equipment and Technology
We have introduced several sets of core equipment such as automated synthesizers, freeze-drying systems, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), etc., combined with self-developed process flow.
Quality Control
We have an independent QC laboratory responsible for the testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
Cleanroom & Environment
The production area is divided into different cleanliness levels (Class 10000, 100000), and a constant temperature and humidity control system is used to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. Employees entering the production area must go through a multi-level dressing and disinfection process.
Environment and Safety
The company is committed to green production, equipped with exhaust gas purification systems and sewage treatment facilities, strictly abides by environmental protection laws and regulations, and ensures the safety of employees and the environment.
